Jedi Master who? A look at the future of The Clone Wars.

Ok, so I’d started writing up my second blog post about the end of The Clone Wars, it’s place in the UK (or lack there of!) and what the show has meant to me over the years. Then today via Brian Truitt at USA Today we got a look at a piece of the “bonus content” that TCW fans still have to look forward to. After seeing the clip everything else got put on hold.

If you haven’t already seen it do yourself a favour and go and have a look now:

Jedi Master Sifo-Dyas! Dave Filoni I never doubted you for a second!

Ever since this clue, this mystery was left hanging in Episode II: Attack of the Clones I’ve been craving the answer. Who is he? What happened to him? And just how did he fit into Palpatine’s plot? Now it looks like we might actually get it, or at least get deeper into the unknown. Either way I’m excited for it. Between this snippet and what we’ve already seen of the bonus content with the pre-Order 66 arc it looks like the best of The Clone Wars may indeed be yet to come, and there is certainly life in the show yet.

And not to mention that the clip looks glorious, then again we’ve come to expect little else from the creative talents behind the show. It’s always so great to hear from Dave Filoni, his passion for Star Wars and great storytelling is truly inspiring, he is the finest ambassador for the franchise. Plus you can never really have enough of Plo Koon!

I’ll get back to that other blog about Clone Wars soon but for now I’m happy to be excited for the content yet to come.

Chris.
